It looks like Chris Evans is dusting off his Captain America suit because he's expected reprise his role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in some way. While it's still vague whether the deal is closed or not, but DEADLINE reports that "it’s headed in that direction for Evans to return as Steve Rogers aka Captain America in at least one Marvel property, with the door open for a second film."
If you've seen Avengers: Endgame, it seemed like it was the end of an era as he hands the shield to Anthony Mackie's character like passing the torch. However, things changed in the past few months when the idea started floating around of Chris Evans returning to the MCU as Steve Rogers. Chris became more interested in the idea and the two sides supposedly came to an agreement. It's unclear how he might return or how it's being worked out, but the options are unlimited. At this time, Marvel has no comment.
