Taco Bell Is Bringing Potatoes Back To Its Menu!

Sometimes you just have to own up to your mistakes and Taco Bell is bringing back fan favorites to the menu after taking it off last year. Taco Bell announced that it would be bringing back their potatoes, which is beloved vegetarian option. The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes and the Spicy Potato Soft Taco will return to the menu permanently starting March 11. Taco Bell's Global Chief Food Innovation Officer, Liz Matthews, said in a statement,

"The return of our beloved potatoes is just the first step in showing our fans the strong continued commitment to vegetarian we are making this year. We have long been a leader in the vegetarian space, but this year, we have more meatless options in store that vegetarians, veggie-curious and even meat-eaters will love."

Taco Bell is not only bringing back potatoes, but they also teamed up with Beyond Meat to create an "innovative new plant-based protein that will be tested in the next year."
